The conference, which takes place on October 27 & 28, 2009 in the U.S. Capitol Congressional Auditorium, Washington, DC, is co-sponsored by The Center for Security Policy & The Florida Security Council and features a host of prominent legal experts, lawyers, politicians and free speech advocates.
